Blue Smile parent/carers survey June 2021

Blue Smile is looking to develop its services so that we can offer more support to parents/carers if appropriate. Hence we have created an online survey to gauge need. Please take time to complete the survey- we would like feedback from all families, not jsut those whom we may already be supporting.

SPACE ACADEMY

Blast into the summer holiday!
Fun  Friendly  Affordable

Why not boldly go to:
www.ch-bc.org.uk/HolidayClub

If you’re thinking about the summer holidays, Cherry Hinton Churches would like to tell you about the Holiday Bible Club for  5-11 yr olds between Monday 26th July and Friday 30th July; 10am-12:30pm.

Now in its 32nd year, the holiday club will have the usual mix of drama, songs, craft, games and the soaking of the yellow shirted helpers.  Although it takes place at Colville School it is open to children from all schools.  It costs only £10 per child for the week (or £5 if on pupil premium) and this year has the theme of Space Academy!.  Book places now at www.ch-bc.org.uk/HolidayClub or on forms available through schools.

At the start of July we will send out details of the Covid-safe practices we will adopt which will reflect the state of the government road-map as it is in July

Santa's Visit to Cherry Hinton

Nisa - I am really grateful to Mr Ronak Patel the manager of our local Nisa shop for helping us to provide school lunch for some of our pupils. This is 'community'. I know where I'll be shopping over the next few weeks!  Thank you Ronak.

As a Church of England foundation School we have an important association with St Andrew's Church, Cherry Hinton.

St Andrew's offers activities and events for parishioners and the wider community and you can learn more about services and how the church and centre are used, including events, from their website.
Our pupils regularly visit the church for events which includes a very popular STEM/Lego Club as well as services throughout the year.

Rev Dr Karin Voth Harman is Priest in Charge at St Andrew's and
our current Chair of Governors.
