We are looking to appoint a KS2 Class Teacher to cover Maternity leave. A Finance & Premises Support Officer and a school Receptionist/Administrative Assistant.

Finance and Premises Support Officer – Permanent

Hours of work: 15 hours - 2 days per week (Flexible working days) 8:30am – 4:30pm

38 weeks per year + additional hours for end of year preparation.

Scale 6 Point 18 – 20

We are looking to appoint a Finance and Premises Support Officer to join the team and to work closely with the Headteacher and office team and to support, contribute & implement strategic planning and development of the school.  We are looking for someone who can demonstrate: 

 

  • Experience of working in a school office.
  • Some experience of working on aspects of school finance and premises.
  • An understanding of school office processes and procedures
  • Willingness to improve own skills, learn how our school and the wider education system works, and seek improvement for us where you can?
  • Is a strategic and solution-based thinker
  • Good communication skills.
  • Excellent ICT skills with experience of using Microsoft Office packages and FMS and SBS.
  • Flexibility in adapting to the changing needs of the school on its road to improvement.
