CHERRY HINTON PRIMARY SCHOOL NURSERY
Looking for a Nursery place for your 3-4 year old? Our priority is your child’s happiness. We believe that children learn best when they are happy and engaged and our emphasis on open-ended, open air learning is what makes Cherry Hinton such a special place. We have an extensive garden and wooded area and actively encourage children to climb trees, build dens and take measured risks. Every day the children take part in challenging new experiences – from building fires to planting vegetables. Please look at the videos below to get a better idea of our Nursery.
We are able to offer FREE morning or afternoon session for pupils receiving 15 hour funding. We also accept children whose parents are eligible for FREE 30 hour funding, see Childcarechoices.gov.uk for further information.
Your child can start Nursery with us, the term after they turn 3. Please note if you want to register your child for a Nursery place, our registration process will start from:
- April onwards, for children who are due to start in September (Autumn Term)
- October onwards, for those children who are due to start in January (Spring term)
- February onwards, for children who are due to start in April (Summer Term)
Our Nursery funded times are from Monday to Friday:
- AM session 8:45am -11:45am (15 hours)
- PM session 12:15pm - 15:15pm (15 hours)
- All day 8:45am - 2:45pm (30 hours)
