We value open, honest and respectful communication with parents and carers and encourage families to share information, ask questions and work with us to support their child's learning, wellbeing and development. If you have a concern, we ask that you raise it with the relevant member of staff as soon as possible so that it can be addressed promptly and effectively. Most concerns can be resolved through discussion and collaboration. Where concerns cannot be resolved informally, parents and carers may follow the school's formal complaints procedure.
