Gentle Reminders:

• They also need to bring a bottle of water into school every day and a sun hat in hot weather. We have a class drinking fountain which they can use to refill water throughout the day.
• Please ensure your child comes in wearing sports clothing appropriate for indoor and outdoor P.E. on these days, e.g. tracksuit bottoms, sweatshirt or hooded top and trainers or plimsolls.
• Earrings and other jewellery must be removed for P.E. and long hair tied back. If your child cannot remove their own earrings, please remove these for your child before school on P.E. days.

Reading Reminder and Information

It is good to see that parents are logging in to the ebooks Big Cat Collins website for your children to show off their reading to you. For those who are having difficulty, please do let us know how we can help. There is also a parent guide below.

It is important to practise at home. A new book is added every week (check the date). They should be able to read these books fluently and there are some comprehension questions at the back of each one.
