  • Health Visiting and School Nursing Service Cambridgeshire and Peterborough Healthy Child Programme - Health Visiting and School Nursing Service   The team is made up of a variety of NHS staff with specific training and qualifications to support the health needs of children, young people and families in the community. In their team, they have Administrators, Assistant Practitioners, Health Visitors, Nursery Nurses, School Nurses, Staff Nurses, Students and Vision Screeners. Together they are able to offer a wide range of help, advice and support for children and young people aged 0 to 19 years old. NO REFERRAL IS NEEDED
  • Keep Your Head Young people's mental health website. Information for young people and parents/carers which covers a range of issues including stress, bullying, self-harm and what to do in a mental health crisis.

  • Kooth Free online counselling service providing information and support for people aged 11–24 years. Young people can book counselling sessions or the 'drop in service' online and have a text-based conversation with a trained counsellor. Service available 12noon - 10pm Monday-Friday, 6pm-10pm weekends, 365 days of the year.
