Follow this link for Disney home fitness games! Try out three 10 minute games once a week. You could take a photograph of your challenge and write a short reflection. Did you enjoy the games? What went well? What skill would you like to get better at?

 

Remember to ask your adults at home if you need any equipment. There are lots of games to pick from so do one you can do on your own without your parents' help if they're busy.
